Factory Reset Predator G3-710. Can’t get past BIOS and Boot Menu

I have a Predator G3-710 that was running windows 10, and I tried to reset to factory settings since I am going to sell it. I went through the whole process and removed all files, and now I can’t get past the Predator load screen. I have two options…. Press <del> to go to bios. Or press <F12> for boot display.

I don’t know anything about BIOS but I watched a brief video saying to “load default settings” which I did. Then proceeded to press <F12> to get to the bolt display. Once I get there, I am prompted with “Windows Boot Manager” which I click, but then I’m stuck in a cycle of black screen, back to the predator load screen and then no options to continue. Anyone have any ideas?
