Nitro 515-45 Can only use quest link if i disable AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics in device managers

My computer is Nitro 515-45, RTX 3060, AMD Ryzen 5000 series 7 (HD 5700)

I have had this problem for a while, i tried to upgrade my amd driver but i dont even know how, theres no AMD Software version, Status, and check for updates there, its just more details, so i tried to uninstall amd driver and install again, but now i cant even download the amd radeon software.
AMD Software: Adrenalin edition installer give me Error 182 - AMD Software installer detected AMD Graphics hardware in your system configuration that is not supported.
AMD Software Installer give me error 195 - AMD Installer cannot continue because it is unable to access the required web resources.
I have tried the 3 solutions that the website give but those didnt work.

Ah, but what did you do to fix it? Eventually someone else will run in to the same thing and find this thread…

Just copy and paste the full processor name into google and add a "software" behind it, then just find the adrenaline edition and download it, although I did delete my original Radeon software, idk if you need to do that or not.
