AN515-57 No sound on my laptop after installing drivers

Hello, I have an issue with the sound after installing and reinstalling the drivers several times.

The laptop is a Nitro AN515-57 model and I have installed both suggested Realtek Audio Drivers on the laptop.

The strange about it is that ehrn I install it, the sound works just fine. And after a shut down the laptop and boot it up the sound goes away.

Tried to manually delete the driver, in that case the sound comes back again for a session, but after rebooting, it goes away.

Note that no bluetooth or plugged in device works.

Desperately looking for any ideas.

It seems like you've tried reinstalling the Realtek Audio Drivers, but the issue persists. Here's a concise suggestion: Uninstall the Realtek Audio Drivers. Restart your laptop. Download and install the latest Realtek Audio Drivers from Acer's official website. Restart your laptop again. That is Windows causing that, each time you reboot Windows replaces the RTK drivers you manually installed for MS compatible drivers. check the version numbers after you installed the drivers and after you reboot. To stop Windows from replacing the drivers go offline after you installed the RTK driver then reboot. Also try to roll back the audio drivers in Device Manager and try the MS High-Definition Audio driver if you see that in Device Manager under compatible device drivers and check Task manager Startup apps if RTK is enabled.

I recommend uninstalling all RTK drivers and RTK Audio console in Safe Mode with DDU, install the RTK driver from Acer Support for your model, go offline and reboot. If you run W11, disable the option "Get latest updates as soon as available" to stop drivers from automatically installing, instead new drivers will be listed as Optional Updates in Windows Check for updates app.

I had a lot of issues with my Realtek ALC255 chipset, Acer Aspire 5 a515-54: Audio_Realtek_6.0.8699.1_W10x64 driver in 2020 with Windows10, volume was far too low. tried installing a newer driver for another a515-5X laptop same chipset but windows10 kept reinstalling the old one.
