Hi everyone,

I mistakenly intalled the update by Intel Iris Xe Graphics, and now if I read that my Acer has a customized graphics and that could create issues:

"A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver & Support Assistant is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues. Contact Acer for the latest driver for your computer."

Appearently I have a intel Arc grphics and since i installed it feels like it's creating issues. How can I go back to the original driver? I searched around but i'm not sure what should i do. Thanks!

I'll ask the moderators to edit the SNID out of your post, you aren't supposed to post personal information like that. What model laptop do you have? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx. You can usually go ahead and use the generic drivers from Intel and just ignore that warning, but the original drivers should be on the Acer support site. You likely have the builtin Intel Iris Xe Graphics which is different than an Intel Arc graphics card.
