Replacement touchpad cable for Acer Spin SP314-54N

Hi,

Can anyone help me source a replacement cable (linking touchpad to motherboard) for acer spin SP314-54N?

Below are some images of the cable. It is a 4-pin cable. It has a round form (not a ribbon cable), and is about 28-29cm in length.

All cables i have found online against this model number appear to be shorter ribbon cables (some with > 4 pins).

If anyone is interested to know, the fault with this cable leads to a "Device cannot start (Code 10)" error, that may intermittently resolve with driver re-install. Removal and re-install of the cable seems to fix intermittently also, and i believe this is an indication there is a partial break along the cable in one of the kinks that intermittently makes/breaks connection.

That doesn't look like the touchpad cable, instead it's the hall sensor board cable:

Thanks Billsey! You are absolutely correct. It is the cable you have shown (explains why i couldn't find it when searching).

I can see clearly in your picture the actual touchpad cable also - and this mathces what i found online when searching.

I will check both cables now - but your answer totally helped me.

Hello! Do you have a multimeter? If you have a multimeter, place it on the diode scale with a beeping sound. Place one end on one end of the cable and the other on the opposite end. Do this on all terminals. The multimeter has to beep. If it doesn't beep, it indicates that there may be a problem with the touchpad cable.
