Hi, I bought a brand new Acer Nitro 17 packed with a seal sticker on the box and the battery report shows 13 charge cycles. Is it normal, does this mean thаt the laptop is used?

Thanks?

Yes, to burn-in the battery for starters (1 full charge cycle is required) and install the OS and Acer drivers that takes a dozen or so reboots. It also means the adapter and charging of the battery was thoroughly tested. Not to worry. 😉

Hi, thanks for the quick reply! This is 4 laptops that I ordered within 3 weeks, all of them were bought from two of the official stores (the largest in my country, Bulgaria) that work with the official distributors of Acer for Bulgaria. I returned the first three laptops (the first had scratches and loose usb ports, the second was power and current limit throttling and the fans turned on frequently at low temperatures and no load, the third had the same problems as the second plus an 18 cycle battery) all three laptops had seal stickers on the box. Now I received the fourth one(from anoter store) and after entering the SNID number it shows me information about a wrong model, Predator G3-572, I tried with the SNID numbers of the previous laptops and the result is the same, which seems very strange to me (until yesterday information was coming out about Acer 17). In my country the support is very poor, only through e-mail, telling you to contact an authorized service center, and their answer(from the service) is an extremely comprehensive: "We don't know!".
Is there a way to contact with official acer support?

    Thanks!
