Hey everyone,
I'm facing a frustrating issue with my Acer Predator Helios 300 G3-571-77QK laptop, and I'm hoping to get some advice or suggestions on how to resolve it. Here's the problem:
The Problem:
My laptop keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi after a few minutes of internet usage. When I try to reconnect, it doesn't detect any nearby Wi-Fi networks, and I have to restart the laptop to see them again. However, the problem persists, and even the restart takes longer than usual.
Additional Information:
This issue doesn't occur with every Wi-Fi network, but it happens with approximately 95% of them. It seems to work better on 2.4GHz networks (it takes longer to disconnect)
I used to connect via an Ethernet cable, which worked fine until recently. Now, even with the cable plugged in, the disconnecting issue persists.
When I connect to a mobile hotspot, it works for around 30 minutes before disconnecting, and I have to restart the laptop to regain Wi-Fi connectivity.
I took the laptop to a repair shop, and they couldn't identify the problem. According to them, the Wi-Fi drivers and adapters are up to date and functioning correctly.
I'm at my wit's end with this problem, and it's becoming a significant inconvenience. If I can't find a solution, I'm considering selling the laptop. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or advice on how to tackle this issue. Has anyone encountered a similar problem or knows of a potential fix? Your insights would be incredibly helpful!
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
