Your laptop supports Windows11, install BIOS versions 1.19 - 1.21 and 1.23 and wait till Windows10 offers to upgrade to W11.

You have Realtek speakers and the latest driver is: Audio Driver (ALC255&ALC256) 2022/07/14 version 6.0.9272.1
I read in reviews that the sound quality of these speakers is incredibly thin and weedy, with plenty of treble but virtually no low end.
"Suffice to say, if you’re planning to consume any long-form music or video content, you’ll want to make full use of the built-in Bluetooth 5.0, or else plug into the 3.5mm headphone jack situated on the right-hand edge".

No Dolby option mentioned anywhere, you may have installed that later. Check if you have the latest audio driver version in Device manager. To get the RTK Audio Console back download and install Realtek Audio Controller from the Windows store not from Acer Support. Upgrade to Windows11 when it is offered in Optional Updates.

then there should be something wrong in your drivers web page. i downloaded every ingle BIOS driver. and every single one is saying the same…

And as i say. i used to have my Dolby app working perfectly.

I recommend bringing your laptop to Acer Services in your country to reset the system to factory defaults and install OEM Windows11 Home. There will be a small service charge.
