fps issue I'm getting 80 fps same graphics, didn't changed anything.

Recently im facing fps issue on my almost new laptop, earlier i used to get 140-160 fps on valorant but since last 2 days im getting 80 fps on it , same graphics, didnt changed anything. so i tried playing gta 5 and same issue. i used to get 170fps on very high settings but now my game feels so choppy and laggy on high settings. first of all i thought it might be some issue with the software so i tried resetting my windows but same case. my laptop is heating too, but earlier it used to not result in lag, but since last days its too laggy. any solutions?

if your laptop supports mux switch and if you have changed it to your graphic card switch it back to Auto Select as it has some issues.
