purchased Acer Nitro 5 and not happy with the device and support

I bought my first laptop from acer that is acer Nitro 5 and got the worst experience of my life it's like being stucked in a place not able to deal with.

Tried to take help with tecnical support for around 1 and half month but they did nothing even made situation worse every time they tried to avoid or making excuses regarding my problem coustomer support is of no use .

    A bit late now, you should have returned your laptop within 15 days after delivery. I am surprised that Acer Services did not advise you of Acer's 15 days return policy. Explain in full detail the issues you have with screen pictures (taken with your phone) of all the BIOS tabs including the advanced tab in BIOS after pressing Ctrl+S. Your full Nitro 5 model like AN515-58-78EN and what power adapter (180 W AC adapter?) and what version of Windows11 you have, is this the original OS or did you do a system reset/clean install? Did you upgraded your RAM or SSD, if so what did you install. Type: System Info in the Search bar and export the file to Info.txt format, attach that file in your next post. If you crashed or BSOD what were you doing last and what error codes did you see.
