Acer-KA270hbmix-27 2 white lines on the screen within 40 days of use

Hi guys. i'm Mümin Güler. I purchased(https://www.galailetisim.com from turkiye) an Acer-KA270hbmix-27 monitor 40 days ago to use in the accounting office.
But two white bars appeared vertically on the screen.
I called Acer Turkiye service and they said: The product in question is a defective product, send it to the distributor and they will send you a new one.
I called the distributor(https://www.penta.com.tr), they said that the seller should have sent the product, not you.
I called the seller, they said that you should report that the fault in question was not caused by you. I can't solve my problem.

I keep stalling, my problem is not solved, I lose work and time. I am trusting the Acer brand. I ask for your help, best regards.

My problem is still not solved. My product is at the authorized service(0850 222 22 37). They say they have been waiting for spare parts for about 1 month. Could you please send the necessary spare parts?

We are all just other Acer users, not Acer employees. You will have to contact Acer support to see if there is anything they can do to expedite the part availability.

I don't know of an email address that reaches support for any specific locale. Go the the global site, choose your locale and then enter support from there.
