predator helios 300 ph315-53 Horizontal Screen Lines Appeared One Day and Never left

so ive been dealing with an issue on my predator helios 300 for like 1.5 yeas now, i thought it as something wrong with my hardware until i researched it a bit more and discovered its a recurring problem other people with the same model laptop as i have also experienced but havent found any solution

. The screen is pretty much unusable and has from about 40% of the way down to 100% of the way down (starting from top) these horizontal lines and artifacts showing up. sometimes displaying windows that were recently closed or that are in the background as if the foreground windows were transparent. they sometimes lessen if i scroll up or down, but nothing happened to cause this it just started one day a long wnile ago and ive just dealt with it. Anyone having the same issue? Any solutions?
