How do I actually install drivers for my monitor? blue line keeps flickering at the bottom.

I'm trying to solve a problem where a thin blue line keeps flickering at the bottom of my screen while playing games. Only thing I've found that potentially leads to a fix is updating drivers. When I download the driver for my monitor and OS, I extract the the files but I don't get a setup. I get three different file types. A Security Catalog, ICC Profile, and Setup Information. None of them are a setup or installs anything.

Try right clicking on the files until you see Install as an option in the context menu.
