so i got a new acer nitro 5 laptop for gaming and i been using it for 2 weeks but i feel like its underperforming i have a computer that i build 4 years ago and i get 120 fps in games like league of valorant and my graphic card in pc is radeon 5500xt 4gb .
my laptop is 3070TI 12650h cpu and 16 gb ram 3200 but when i open league and valorant i my fps barely goes higher than 90 and it keep crashing at games like remnant 2 elden ring so i was wondering if anyone knew what is wrong with it and is there any way i can fix it

Upgrade your SSD, check your VRAM and upgrade your RAM (Dual Channel mode), make sure your RAM speed is near the maximum clock speed of the CPU, uninstall all bloatware and 3rd-party AV/browsers/trial programs, check in Task Manager Processes tab, turn on Efficiency Mode for those apps that use a lot of your resources, regularly update Windows11, you should now be on 22H2 build 22621-2283. Check in Windows Security (task bar) that all 8 features have green check marks, get rid of junk, run Storage Sense and after scanning click on the Temporary bin icon bottom left that may find GBs old Windows update stuff like OldDos, delete all that. Check both Reliability History (problem reports) and Event Viewer for critical errors, try to solve those issues. Open Device manager and check for yellow exclamation marks and Unknown Devices, uninstall those, update your drivers and BIOS/firmware. Finally run these 2 commands: Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and SFC /scannow 😉

by upgrade you mean update the driver or change the ssd itself
