So, I have a Aspire 3 and I have using it for 4 years, Today after watching a film I left the computer on and left for a while. After coming back I saw a error screen with a HDD and a magnifying glass saying "No bootable drive". I disconnected and re-connected the HDD and it still don't work.

Also, this computer was a windows 10 which I upgraded to windows 11.

Can anyone help me with this?

The boot sector is corrupted or missing on your boot drive, boot to BIOS with F2 and check the first tab if your boot drive is detected by BIOS, if HDD0-HDD1 are blank your HDD/SSD drive failed. If the boot drive is detected in BIOS you need to rebuild the bootloader (Windows boot manager) either in WindowsRE if you still can boot to the Acer screen (Alt+F10) or with the Windows USB Recovery drive. Check this forum how to make a USB Recovery drive on another PC and boot with it to WindowsRE with the recovery options and Command Prompt or read this https://woshub.com/how-to-rebuild-bcd-file-in-windows-10/ If you suspect a Hardware problem or broken HDD/SSD replace the bootdrive and Clean install Windows11 with a USB flash drive and ISO image. Alternatively bring the laptop to Acer Services in your country to check the drive and reset the system to factory defaults, you can ask to upgrade W10 to W11. A small service fee will be charged, in the Philippines $25.
