So I recently noticed after half year that my cpu is reaching to temps like 85 when I play games. Even when I put my cpu fan stock cooler on 100%. I found a cooler that everyone recommended for this desktop po3 640 and the cooler is Noctua NH-u9s. I found forms where people said that instead of remove the motherboard they just bought some special screws to change the cpu fan immediately. My question is, is it really possible to change the cpu fan without remove the motherboard? And if yes, which screws do I need to buy?

Yes, it is very possible and most people who have done that upgrade here can attest to that. The screws needed are easily found, they are just a slightly different length than what Noctua ships with the setup.
