Run Network and Internet Troubleshooter, click "yes" to reset the network. If no results:

Check your router, connect a LAN cable to your router and plug it in your Ethernet port, see if you can connect, if OK follow this:

Yes, the Killer AX1650i Wi-Fi/BT card has a very troublesome annoying reputation, as in my Nitro AN515-56 its Bluetooth section refuses to work and never ever worked properly since new, and it doesn't surprise me that its also troublesome in your Nitro AN515-57 laptop with the Wi-Fi section, which I haven't had any problems with btw!

The problems that I'm having are getting worse with the BT connection problems, this card refuses to work on any other driver or to be updated to any new Win-11 BT drivers and only works with the initial Acer provided 2021 driver version 22.50.0.2, why I have no idea?

This BT connection problem has been happening since the laptop was new and out of the box and now its gotten that bad that I have to refresh the BT driver in Device Manager to get the BT working and then reboot the laptop, maybe you should do the same and see if that works for you too?

I've had enough, and I'm just in the process of changing this dreaded Intel Killer AX1650i card that your AN515-57 laptop also has, I'm going to either change it to the Intel AX211 CNVio2 and upgrade to Wi-Fi 6E Tri Band 2.4/5/6 GHz / Bluetooth 5.3 or the Intel® Wi-Fi 6E AX411 Gig+ card / Tri Band 2.4/5/6 GHz / Bluetooth 5.3, I'm buying both cards and will test which is the best and most suitable and will let the community know how it works? I suggest that you do the same, as the Killer AX1650i card just doesn't work, as even in the Intel forum they will not answer problems on this card with Acer laptops, as they don't work. Good luck anyway and hope I've shed some light on your problem with your Wi-Fi and why it doesn't work and will not work😁
