I used it yesterday and I just put it on sleep but when I'm trying to charge it, my laptop (Aspire 3) won't open and not charging. At first when I press the power button the logo will appear and will turn off immediately, after many attempts it won't open anymore. I've tried to press the power button for about 1min but nothing happens and the light (power and charging) start blinking in a white light. Please help me, I just bought it a year ago.😭

You say different LED colors and then you say both LEDs are white (no white LEDs on Acer laptops)? When the power LED is amber blinking, the laptop is in Sleep mode, when the charge LED is blinking amber while plugged-in, the battery is depleted. Can you boot to BIOS with the F2 key? If you bought the laptop one year ago you really should bring it to Acer Services in your country for checking and not try to open the back.

What is the full Aspire 3 model? Although only one year old the battery may have died. First see if there is a small pinhole in the back of your laptop (with a battery sign) and stick a pin in that hole till you feel it click (micro switch), keep pressing the pin for a few seconds. If no results, open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard, Close the back again and plug-in the adapter, try to boot without battery. If that works you need to replace the battery. If you still cannot boot, try a Hard Reset and Power Drain: Unplug the power adapter and open the back of the laptop again (battery should still be disconnected). Locate the CMOS module (with 2 twisted wires Red and Black) and remove the coin battery. Shorten the +/- contacts inside the CMOS capsule for a second and put the coin battery back with the + sign facing up, close the CMOS capsule. Next, take the DDR4 module out of the slot and put it firmly back, secure the DDR4 bracket till you hear a loud click. Press the Power Button on the keyboard for 10-15 seconds and reconnect the battery cable to the motherboard. Close the latop, plug-in the adapter and try to boot.
