Acer Aspire 7 (A715-76G) will changing nvidia power cap void warranty?

I am using Acer Aspire 7 (A715-76G)

while doing a walkthrough i checked my nvidia rtx 3050 have max power limit of 60W (by nvidia control panel) but on checking through cmd by nvidia-smi it shows a cap of 35W.

so do i have to manually change it to 60W?

will it void my warranty?

The RTX3050 gpu performs quite well at 35W power cap and is set to that by Acer for a reason, if you increase this gpu's power cap to its max 60W you risk burning the gpu out, laptops are not like desktops that once you overclock them or increase their power caps you can modify the gpu or cpu cooling systems, if the gpu overheats in a laptop and gets burned out from overvoltage/overheating then Acer will know the cause of why this happened and will void your warranty on the A715-76G laptop. If you are a risk taker and you want to use your Aspire A715-76G with the Intel graphics only or you are willing to pay like 2,049.65 EUR or USD $2,210.34 for a new mainboard, go for it - its your call?

Alright but why its showing different values of tgp on different applications for same unit?

Those TPGs are reached monetarily and are not put onto the gpu permanently like you would if you overclock the gpu chip, as the gpu is designed like that.

Update:

That 35W was default value by device as then no compatible drivers were installed.

Today on installing CUDA drivers capacity automatically increased to 60W.
