I have a Predator Helios Neo 16 and it's wifi wasn't working some staff on phone said to completely reset the system, and I did, then it removed everything came from laptop. If some has same laptop please zip their OEM folder from C:\ drive and send it to me. Also someone have this weird issue of whenever I launch a game it goes to second screen only in the windows + p option cause it hangs a bit and playing for a while it crashes the game, someone told me to use Intel wifi drivers I'll try those

To fix the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth driver issue in the future, you need to roll back the driver and do this:

Go to Device Manager > Bluetooth > Intel Wireless Bluetooth > Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then chose the last WORKING Wi-Fi driver that worked on your laptop, if not then go to > Have disk and install the Acer OEM Wi-Fi driver for the Killer AX1675i card.

Just a bit of history on the Intel Killer AX16xxi Wi-Fi/BT cards that your Predator Neo 16 has, I've got the earlier model which is the Killer AX1650i Wi-Fi/BT card which is fitted to my Nitro 5 that has a very problematic Bluetooth driver issue and connection issue to my headphones, this Bluetooth card can't be updated to any other Win-11 Bluetooth driver as it only works with the initial dated: 2021/11/11 Acer provided Intel Bluetooth driver version 22.40.0.2 and its giving me allot of connection problems. Btw, I've never had Wi-Fi problems with the Killer AX1650i Wi-Fi part of this card, as it runs on the latest Win-11 Intel Killer Wi-Fi drivers, as your card could have Wi-Fi driver problems like I'm having with the Bluetooth on my Killer AX1650i, so be aware of that.

It's good to know that the AX1675i that you have in your Predator (which is the next card up model from my AX1650i) and I was going to upgrade to, has problems, as it looks like I will have to upgrade to either the Intel AX211 Wi-Fi 6E that has a max speed 2.4 Gbps or the Intel® Wi-Fi 6E AX411 Gig+ that has a max speed 3.0 Gbps that both have the - Bands: 2.4GHz, 5GHz, 6 GHz (160MHz) and Bluetooth: 5.3 - and are Wi-Fi CERTIFIED*: Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax). Justa bit of information for you if you keep having problems with your Killer AX1675i card. Good luck and hope I've helped you out some.

The only way to get that OEM folder back, the Acer hidden Recovery volume on your boot drive and all settings/drivers back to factory default is bringing your laptop to Acer Services in your country, there will be a small service fee for resetting the system and load Oem Windows, in the Philippines $25.

No, it still has the AX1650i, whenever I download from Acer it's for AX1650i according to the Device Manager.
