Last week my dual monitor setup stopped working. I have 2 DELLs U2422H. One is connected via cable (HDMI - HDMI), the other one was connected via Apple's USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter through the USB-C port in the back. I don't know if one of the recent Windows 11 updates or Nvidia's GPU update messed something up. The HDMI-HDMI connection works fine.
Right now after plugging the adapter it shows up like this in the Devices tab:

I am not sure how did it look like earlier. Now the second monitor shows that there's no HDMI signal coming out of my laptop. The adapter itself is fine, my work laptop connects with an external screen through it without issues. It's also not the case of the HDMI cable used with the adapter being damaged, or the monitor itself. I've tried removing the adapter's driver and plugging it back in, no changes.
Did anyone run into a problem like this recently? I've seen some other posts about similar issues, but I didn't manage to solve this.

It seems that what caused this was enabling "Discrete GPU only" in the Advanced Settings of Nitrosense.
I have enabled the iGPU back using BIOS while testing for possible solutions, after learning that disabling iGPU disables the DP USB-C feature.
