I placed an order for an Acer Spin 713 on 7/28/21 and I had to wait for it to be delivered to the store so I picked it up on 7/30/21.
Two years later, on 7/30/23 the screen stopped working.
Acer's warranty is for one year so it had already expired but my credit card offers an extended warranty for another year so I started a claim with them and provided all the documentation and they denied the claim because they said that the extended warranty was expired.
They told me that I can ask them to reconsider if I can provide documentation that Acer's warranty started when I took possession of the product and not when I placed the order.
So now I'm here asking for clarification to see if I can ask them to reconsider.
