I recently bought an Acer E-12 Nitro from Sam’s club, I purchased a 32 inch monitor arm for it, as it is a 31.5in monitor, I can’t figure out how to get it on or a specific adapter to buy. Anyone got some knowledge?

    @AMSmokes

    Can you provide the full model name.

    I guess it should start with EI

    There should be more letters after the EI322QUR, starting with either a P or S. There should be a set of screw holes on the back for a VESA mount, likely either 75mmx75mm or 100mmx100mm.

    @billsey i think it is Pbmiippx I have looked, there could be screw holes but if so they don’t work with the 32” arm I purchased, it is a 75x75 100x100

    Here's a snippet from the user manual:

    It looks like there should have been four standoffs in the box that allow attaching the VESA mount.

    Do you have the standoffs installed?
