Hello, I have the above laptop which i use for various purposes and wanted to add a EGPU with Nvidia RTX 3060ti graphics card via Thunderbolt. Thought this would allow me to try and play some graphic thirsty games without purchasing a new dedicated games consul! Maybe this was a bit premature!
Anyway, I download the driver, select clean install, it then starts installing, then i see the device manager window update showing the graphics card in question and low and behold about a second later…BSOD with the "VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL" error. I am presuming this has something to do with memory issues in the laptop but can this be increased? I have even tried back dated driver versions but get the same problem each time.
Is their a work around that anyone may know about or is it back to plan b and should have purchased the new PC in the first place!
Many thanks
