    @WhiteBunny

    Turn off the laptop and disconnect the adapter.

    Than press and hold the power button for 20 seconds.

    Than just try to press the power button one time

    You can do a hard reset by opening the back cover, take the main battery out, disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and shorts its mainboard plugs +&- pins to reset the CMOS then take the ram out also, leave all commonest disconnected for 15min and then reconnect all components with only 1x ram module if you have 2x ram modules, and see if the laptop resets and reboots, as all the above resets a frozen super IO chip, or a frozen bios or a chipset chip and your laptop should boot.

    If all the above doesn't do anything, then your laptop could have numerous faults like a burned out super IO chip or at worst a chipset chip that is terminal, or if you are lucky its a shorted main power rail component that needs a tech to diagnose where the problem is, as its usually a shorted chip like a capacitor or a mosat that has blown but in worst case scenarios, it could be a blown gpu or vcores or even a cpu, which all these things do not allow you laptop to power on. Take you laptop to an experienced tech or Acer Tech Support as you can't do anything to fix the laptop with any resets.
