System can not detect boot media. It keeps saying checking media and restarts. I checked everything i have correct boot order. from USB removable media i booted into UEFI shell and typed bcfg boot dump and there in no boot option for emmc drive even thought it's on firts place in boot order. I tried to reset cmos i tried almost every single way i even manually added from UEFI shell correct path to BOOTx64.EFI(btw it work if i type that in UEFI shell manually it boots up system without problem in that boot loader). After exiting UEFI shell everything is automatically reseting and that added bcfg boot add entry does not appear anymore. Pls help me resovle this problem.

Likely the eMMC drive has failed. When you boot from a Windows install flash drive, go into the Repair mode then a command prompt is the eMMC visible with all partitions? Which B115 model do you have? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like TMB115-xxx-xxxx. If your model support putting a different drive on without requiring soldering on the motherboard you should be able to just drop a new drive in and reinstall the OS.

it's TMB115-M-C7HW. I think emmc drive is good, cuz after manually booting it works perfectly. I installed arch linux on it and because of this same reason i reinstalled grub installer (3 times). there was no mistake on my side cuz when i go into UEFI shell manually i saw everything all files are on their place. Main problem is that in BIOS there is correct order, but when i see UEFI boot placements emmc is not even visible. When i try to add it in linux or using UEFI shell after restarting it looses all information and everything goes on default settings. I'm not that new in IT field and i have never had such case.

eMMC should not be visible, what you should see is Windows Boot Manager, GRUB or both. They then should look at the EFI list and either boot from the default or give an option to boot from either system. Is you have the boot menu enabled in the BIOS you can also choose the boot from a list of all EFI bootable options with an F12 at start.

bootable options as eMMC i mean boot loader installed on that eMMC drive and that one is not visible.

In Bios i have correct boot order already set, but the problem is system can not detect boot loader on eMMC drive. Even with F12 it's not visible. There is command efibootmgr -u and by default in boot order there is boot using USB, Network boot and another one. There is no eMMC drive and it can not detect boot loader on eMMC EFI partition. I manually added it, but after restarting my system it was set on default. If you wanna know more info i can provide you with photos or anything you want.

Perhaps the EFI partition on the eMMC is corrupt, or that portion of the drive has failed. Boot to a Windows install flash drive and use diskpart to look at the eMMC drive. It should show a 100MB EFI partition. Use diskpart to assign a drive letter to that so the filesystem on it gets mounted and then look at it with the command prompt. What does the directory structure look like? You can use the command prompt to rebuild it using the EFI image on the install flash drive if there is a problem with it.
