Laptop Battery Stuck at 0% but works fine (Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57)

yesterday, I just realized that my laptop is stuck at 0%. I usually plug my laptop and use the 80% limit thing. but when i unplug it, it works fine and could last several hours so the battery should be fine. the battery indicator on the laptop also shows blue light instead of orange.(Laptop: Nitro 5 AN515-57)

so, basically battery feels fine but I have no Idea what the actual percentage is

I tried a few things:

-checked BIOS version (only 1 version before the latest)
- reinstalling the battery driver
- restarting the laptop
but none of those works

The battery shows 100% at the chart but 0% on the main indicator thus automatically turn on the battery saver

[Edited the thread to add model name to the title]

I also tried the battery report and the capacity shows blank (-) since the day before I realized

Any Idea what happened and hopefully any solution?
