    What Swift 3 exact model laptop you have and what is the Wi-Fi/BT card that you have, as allot of the latest model Swift 3 laptops have the Intel Killer cards and if you have that card then you need to do this: go to Device Manager > Intel Wireless Bluetooth > Properties > Drivers > Update drivers >Let me pick from a list of drivers on my computer > and in Show compatible hardware > use the last driver and reinstall it and reboot the laptop, as after the reboot the Bluetooth will work.

    As the Intel Killer range cards are unfortunately troublesome and their Bluetooth do not connect easily, what is happening with these Bluetooth drivers especially the Intel Killer 6 and 6E 160Hz cards (that I've been using with my Nitro 5) its their Bluetooth section that is troublesome, this has been happening for 18 months with my Intel Killer Wi-Fi/BT card the AX1650i Bluetooth and with my JBL-LIVE650 headphones or any JBL headphones that I have and my Galaxy Buds2 also.

    There is something terribly wrong with these cards, I'm seriously thinking of changing the Killer AX1650i Wi-Fi/BT card for a new one of another brand that has the same interface and is compatible from either Qualcomm or Broadband or MTK as this Killer AX1650i Bluetooth (NOT its Wi-Fi section) has been a terrible card as it refuses to update its initial Intel Killer BT driver from 16/02/2021 version 22.40.0.2 to any of the newer Win-11 drivers as if I do replace this driver to the latest Win-11 driver Version: 22.240.0 as it will NOT work with this driver or any other Intel updated drivers or its absolutely refuses to connect first time to the Bluetooth of the card unless I reboot or refresh the driver in Device Manager, so be aware of all these problems.

    Hi folks,

    In fact, these Intel and MTK Wi-Fi controllers with embedded Bluetooth are problematic by their very nature.

    In the case of Intel Bluetooth, It is suggested to try:

    • Uninstall Intel® Smart Sound Technology for Audio Bluetooth device (devmgmt.msc), ;
    • Disable Microsoft Bluetooth LE (Low Energy) Enumerator device.

    Hi Steven, Swift SF314-512 is the model. Tried your suggestion but it did not work. Thing is, the bluetooth is working and gets paired but the sound doesnt come in the earbuds; sound remains in the speakers. Also I tried wired earbuds and same problem continues.

    Try this last thing, install FxSound Enhancer (its free and its excellent) if it doesn't set to hedphones then go to Device Manager > Device by connection at the top and refresh the FXSound Enhancer by right clicking on it, properties > Drivers > Update drivers > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick a list of available drivers on my computer and pick the driver you have there and rfresh that driver, then it will ask you to reboot but don't as your Bluetooth should work with your Earbuds one plus z2.

    Also and if all this does not work, change the Wi-Fi/BT card as your Swift SF314-512 laptop has the old Intel AX211 Wi-Fi/BT 5.2 card, it would be advisable to update to the new AX211 CNVio2 Wi-Fi 6E Tri Band 2.4/5/6 GHz | 2.4 Gbps | Bluetooth 5.3 card, that is quicker and is a natural upgrade, as your laptop has the same System Interface Type: M.2: CNVio2 and its a compatible upgrade to this new card.

    I'm going to upgrade to this new AX211 CNVio2 card too, as my System Interface Type is an M.2: CNVio2 also, and I'm sick and tired with my Intel Killer AX1650i card not connecting to the BT and not upgrading its BT driver. I've ordered this new AX211 CNVio2 card from the states on eBay and I will let the community members know when I do the upgraded of how it works as an upgrade from the AX1650i card as this AX211 CNVio2 card is a compatible upgrade for my AX1650i card and has a new.

    eGomes, thank you for that suggestion but your method does not do anything, as the BT is still very hard to reinstate or make it work with my Killer AX1650i Wi-Fi/BT card. the only way I've found is to do what I've instructed arunbhatia2005 above with the FxSound Enhancer that I've got installed on my Nitro AN515-56 laptop, as I've just found this out now. I think its the actual Killer AX1650i card that is the problem here as I haven’t been able to update its Bluetooth Win-11 driver ever to a workable new BT driver from Intel, but the Wi-Fi driver updates, which is strange and means there is something wrong with this card, as I’ve never ever experienced that ever. So I will upgrade the card to the new AX211 CNVio2 Wi-Fi 6E Tri Band 2.4/5/6 GHz | 2.4 Gbps | Bluetooth 5.3 card

    @StevenGen,

    If you want to share the HWID of your adapter with us. Type the cmd bellow and attach the bluetooth.txt here:

    pnputil /enum-devices /class Bluetooth /drivers > bluetooth.txt

    This is the HWID of the AX1650i card that I have, if that is what you want as this cards BT does not update to any drivers since ***** initial Acer driver version 22.40.0.2, if you want the bluetooth.txt I can send it to you personally as I don't want to share it openly.

    Thanks for info, @StevenGen!

    In fact, looking at the Microsoft Catalog the latest version available for this Intel Bluetooth controller is 22.240.0.2. I would recommend trying to extract .CAB file and update it manually. But, as you mentioned earlier, it didn't work properly.

    Another suggestions, would be:

    • Try rename Bluetooth Radio Name (a name with no more than 8 characters) in Advanced tab of the Device Manager (devmgmt.msc);
    • Check for available firmware updates (FOTA) for your Earbuds in the Galaxy Wearable app.

    In time, Intel Wireless Bluetooth 22.250.0.2 version available <here>.

    Credits and Special Thanks to @atplsx from Station-Drivers.

    Thank you for your assistance but that link for this 22.250.0.2 driver is a bad link and comes up as spam from Station-Drivers. Also, this driver is not an official Intel driver or even a Beta driver, as I've already installed the last Intel Bluetooth version 22.240.0.2 with Intel® Driver & Support Assistant for my Wi-Fi/BT card the Killer AX1650i and it doesn't work as usual on my Nitro 5 AN515-56 laptop. I can't find the Intel 22.250.02 BT on the Intel site as there is no reference of this driver at all. Thank you

    The domain in the link above belongs to Microsoft. It probably hasn't been published in the MS catalog for search.

    Or it's in beta stage, but I particularly prefer to test this beta versions rather than have a malfunctioning device.

    Likely your issue is simpler than all this… Just bring up your sound settings and change the output device to the Bluetooth device. It doesn't always automatically change just because you have a device connected.
