Acer Nitro (KG272Mbmiip) How do fix not being able to view my monitor screen?

when I start up my pc, I can see nothing apart from the very top of my monitor and it has a glitchy line going across. The screen isn’t frozen, I can see it change when I type in my password, but after using different power and display cables nothing seems to work.

I think my issue is the refresh rate, but I can’t see enough to be able to change it. Any help with this is appreciated

  • What is the computer model? Are you referring to the notebook display or the external display?

I believe external. I’ve tried accessing the OSD to help change the refresh rate but all the buttons seem to only bring up just the input menu. It’s an Acer Nitro (KG272Mbmiip)

The change needs to happen at the computer side of things, the monitor has no way to change what your computer sends out.
