The screen would freeze completely! Mouse won't move and even the task manager won't show up! The only way to get out is to hard reset by pushing and holding the power button.  i faced this issue 4/5 times in 2 months

Should I update Intel graphics driver from Intel Drive Assistance?

No, but you should uninstall Intel DSA (don't install 3rd-party drivers on a brand-new system) and Acer Care Center as that does not run well in Windows11. Each time you abort Windows by pressing the power key >10 sec. you corrupt some system files that are automatically refreshed when you reboot but sometimes not. If you can boot to Windows, go on the internet and paste these 2 commands in the Command Prompt opened as administrator: Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and press Enter, that should complete successfully, then paste this: SFC /scannow and press Enter, that will repair the system files, repeat the command till you get "…did not find any integrity violations'". Reboot and check if the issue has been resolved.

If that did not help you have to "Reset this PC without losing your files", or better the "losing all your files" (reformat the drive) option. Type Reset in search and select the option you want.
