A514-54 Frustrating experience with acer support for laptop display issue. Whie dots(stuck pixels)

Laptop details: ASPIRE A514-54

My laptop has been having quite a few white dots (dead pixels) for a few days now (more than 5 dead pixels). There is still one year left for the product warranty.
Even when I tried to claim the warranty 2 times(onsite warrranty), the service center refused. First time When I talked to Acer live assistant, they told tha they didn't got any request from engineer. But engineer showed me the case request from his side and I've the screenshot of that. So service centre requested to submit one more time to claim. It again got rejected. When asked the reason, they said white dots not covered under warranty. When I talked to Acer live assistant, I understood that if there are 5 or 5 above dead pixels, the warranty can be claimed. Even then the service request is being rejected. The service engineer's diagnosis report shows that LCD panel is complaint. the report is showin below.

what should i do next?
