Good afternoon, been wondering this question for a fortnight now as I started trying different AI model training for specific purposes.

Is it normal for gpu core temperatures to reach 88 C° and hot spot temperatures 93 C° ?

I know that laptops are hot things in themselves, but if HWInfo is to be believed, the trotling due to high temperatures for this GPU starts at 87 C°. So should I be worried about these temperatures under load or not ?

The laptop is an515-45-r6cu

Your laptop is designed to reach those temps as per charts below and the CPU and GPU and their fans are set to the settings below, as you can see, the RTX3060 OS shut down is at 96°C and the CPU OS shut down is at 100°C. The below charts are the quoted temps and fan speeds for your Nitro 5 - AN515-45 laptop from its SG - the NVidia Code GN20-E3 is your NVidia RTX3060 GPU, as this laptop came with other GPUs like the RTX3070 and RTX3080 and then the lower spec GPUs like the GTX1650/GTX1650Ti or RTX3050/RTX3050Ti:

Thank you for your reply. So at 87 - 90 C°, the degree of degradation of the GPU crystal does not increase, but remains normal?

And is this also true for CPUs at 92 C°?

    I forgot to write.

I was able to reduce the temperature significantly. Replacing the factory thermal gaskets on the elements under the radiator and replacing the thermal paste helped. Now the maximum temperature:
    GPU - 83 C°
    CPU - 93 C° ( Ryzen 7 5800H)
