My AN515-58-58TZ not charging

My AN515-58-58TZ 2022 i5 12500H rtx 3050 is not charging anymore. I didn't use it for around 3- 4 weeks and turned it on now to update windows and other softwares and it wasn't charging. It was charging perfectly fine before those 3 4 weeks , when i used it often . But after 3-4 weeks of no use at all , not even turning it on , it's not charging anymore. I was trying to find the solution for this and during that time it ran out of battery power and turned off. tried plugging the charger on different sockets and it's still not charging. It hasnt even been an year since bought it .

If it is still under warranty, I recommend bringing it to Acer Services in your country. The battery should not have died after 1 year unless it has been completely drained (zero charge) that would damage cells and won't recharge anymore. Try this: Run a Battery Report in Windows (CMD: powercfg /batteryreport) and see what the last full charge capacity reads (100%) if that is way below the design capacity you need to replace the battery. If the battery is still OK, reset BIOS, boot to BIOS with F2 and press F9 (reset), save settings on exit and reboot to Windows, In device manager uninstall the 2 battery drives (see picture) and reboot.
