This happened to me about 8 months ago (still not working), i was playing and the laptop suddenly turned off, not even the charging lights were turning on, it was completely dead. i went to a pc repair because the warranty time has already passed, and they fixed the charger lights issue but they said they couldn't find what caused the bigger problem and they couldn't fix the laptop, they believed it was the motherboard or the gpu that wasn't working. The laptop now starts the fans, light up the keyboard and the charging lights but not the screen, i've already tried connecting it to another monitor with and hdmi, and it didn't work. Has this happened to you? How did you fixed it or what do you think i can do fix it?
