acer nitro 5 AN515 58 sound problems When I uninstall a driver at win 11 microphone not working

Hi. I buy acer nitro 5 58 with 12500h and 3070ti, when I install win 10 for now I have some problems with sound in my headphones. When i start some app like teamspeak or start any video i Have crackling noise at beginning. I try install all drivers, I try to upgrade my windows 10 to 11, nothing helps me. When I unistall all sounds drivers at win 11, after my microphone dont work, so I need to return on win 10. I have one more notebook acer nitro an515 57, ant there no problems with sound. My notebook defective? What should i do?

Also I want to ask, where is coolboost? My friend buy Acer nitro with 12700h 3070ti, he has all options that i have in my an515 57, coolboost, can chose performance mode for battery and for AC. I dont have such options..
