I purchased an Acer Predator laptop 9 months ago, and I've encountered consistent issues since the last 2months, including a black screen, screen flickering, and failure to turn on. Despite multiple repair attempts, the problems persist. They replace my display twice and replacing my motherboard twice and now asking for more time, i have already given them so much time (nearly one month).I'm concerned about my laptop if this happens to my machine in future because such problems are occurring in the initial stage and it's still under warranty.I requested a replacement or refund due to the premium nature of the laptop and the inconvenience caused. However, I received a response stating that the matter is "under process," which does not address the urgency of my situation. I kindly request immediate action to provide a refund or replacement.
