predator ph317-54 Upgrading my storage, what type of SSD I should get for this model?

I am not that great with computers. I have a predator ph317-54 and wanted to order a 2 terabyte ssd to upgrade my storage. I am just going to take it to the local computer store so they can install it for me. I was wondering what type of SSD I should get for this model and also if I need anything else other than the SSD because if i recall correctly I think something came with the computer when I got it for this but I may have lost it.

Your Predator Helios 17" PH317-54 M.2 SSD takes the older type M.2 SSD of type PCIe 3 x4. The best and quickest and still available 2TB PCIe 3x4 type M.2 SSD drive (as they are all changing to the 4th Gen PCIe 4x4 M.2 SSDs) for your laptop is the Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD 2TB NVMe M.2 if you can still get the PCIe 3x4 2TB WD SN750 Black WDS200T3X0C then buy that also as these two drives are the best quality and quickest Gen 3 x4 M.2 SSDs.

This is the position of the DDS#2 where you should install this 2TB M.2 SSD slave drive as your laptops SSD#1 is the boot drive and where the operating system is installed on, installing this drive is a very simple job and you don't need to take your laptop to a technician, all you need is to buy a 1x M2.0 x 3.0 screw to secure the M.2 drive to the laptops slot, you can buy these on eBay or Amazon togther when you order the new drive.
