Hello, I am the owner of Acer Predator PH315-53-74g2. My mainboard is: cml qx50_cms 2.0, so it should run up to 32 GB DD4 2666/2933Mhz. I have checked via CPU-Z and I am currently running 2x8GB 2295Mhz.
Could someone confirm that 2x 16GB 3200Mhz DDR4 would work?I can buy either 2x16GB 2666 Mhz DDR4or 2X16GB 3200 MhzDDR4 , not sure which should I choose.
If I got something wrong and could possible run more RAM, please also let me know,
Acer Predator Helios 300 (PH315-53) Upgrade RAM frequency from 2933MHz to higher
My configuration: Acer Predator Helios 300 (PH315-53) i7 10th Gen RTX 3060 16GB (2933MHz) Single Channel RAM
So I want to upgrade my RAM frequency from 2933MHz to maximum supported frequency by motherboard.

Hi,
The maximum frequency supported by the motherboard is 2933MHz, the CPU also has the same maximum frequency, you can see other user getting same frequency in this model(links below)

You can upgrade your Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-53 Laptop to maximum RAM of 32GB (Crucial states 64GB max). You can try 2x 16 GB 3200 MHz DDR4 modules (kit) but I believe it will still run at maximum clock speed of 2933Mhz in Dual Channel mode. I recommend that you copy the part number of the 16GB DDR4 module that is now in slot 1 and Google that, buy exactly the same module.

Hi,
Other users have installed 2x16GB 3200MHz modules and managed to run at 2933MHz, so if you don't mind, I would suggest you get 2x16GB 3200MHz modules and install.

I have ordered 2x16gb ddr4 3200Mhz, I will come back to confirm whether it worked.
