My Acer Swift Laptop can't open, and the led lights indicator for charging is not functioning. When I plug in my charger it doesn't shows light.

What Swift model? You wrote "Charger", is this a USB-C charger? What is the power rating, must be more than 65 Watt, 90 Watt is better. If you are using a power adapter with the round barrel plug, check with a multimeter if the output voltage at the barrel plug tip is 20 VDC.

Check if you are using the correct power adapter with a compatible barrel plug for your laptop, if the plug fits too loose and you don't feel it click when fully inserting the plug in the DC jack port of the Swift you have a bad contact problem, with the power adapter main AC cord plugged into a functioning (110-240 VAC) electric wall socket, wiggle the DC plug inserted in the laptop DC jack and see if the charge LED responds to that wiggling.
If everything checks OK, you can try a battery reset (pinhole at the back or disconnect the battery inside the laptop) and Power Drain + resetting the CMOS/BIOS described in many threads on this forum.

Thank You. I am using the provided charger or power adapter when I bought the Laptop and it's working. The model of the Laptop is Swift 3 or Swift SF3142series. I've done rebooting it but its still not working.

The model number of your Swift 3 laptop should be something like this SF314-XX, give us the exact last two numbers so that we can give you a precise answer, as there is no such Swift 3 model number as the SF3142 series or SF314-2X.
