nitro 5 browsing youtube on high resolution and touchpad is not working properly it lags sometimes

the touchpad of laptop lags when it used and when i browse youtube and play some videos on higher resolution than it lags in video as well

Hi @metraychaturvedi12 what you say is usually related to the internet connection, do you use a Wi-Fi connection or an ethernet cable?

To a lesser extent, it could be the graphics card memory that can't handle high resolution viewing, is the graphics card driver provided by Acer or downloaded from NVidia?

Please indicate the exact model of the computer, run Acer care center and look at it in the "My system" section of the first screen.
