Thermal pad thickness for Acer Nitro 5 AN515-44 R7ZU

Anyone know the thermal pad thickness I need to use for the VRM on my laptop? Because I'm planning to replace the thermal pads of the CPU and GPU with thermal paste so I'll also replace the ones on the vrm with new pads.

And also to add can I use thermal paste on my CPU and GPU or the gap is too big for a paste? Thank you!

@ASirUser999999 the thermal pads' thickness for VRAM is 1.0mm. You can not use thermal paste for VRAM because it cannot fulfill the large gap between the heatsink and the VRAM.

@AnhEZ28 How about a thermal putty? Is it sufficient? because I might not be able to find a good thermal pad that fits my budget here in my area.

Thermal putty works the same. You will not have to worry about the thickness
