Monitor will go completely black when I exit games or go into rounds

I have had this monitor for less than a day but it will turn off when I exit games and load into roads of siege. It doesn’t turn off and it doesn’t stay off but it still does it. Was wondering if anyone had a fix.

Any time a game or Windows changes the screen resolution or frequency you will get a second or two of black screen before it comes back at the new resolution.
