Hello! i've been having issues with my laptop recently. It does not stay on or turn on when it's unplugged from the ac adapter. It say it's charging and it's 100 percent battery on the system tray icon however when I look at the battery levels in power & battery it says it's 0 percent. also if I'm playing a intensive game it posts 'low battery detected' in the bottom right corner and shuts off. at first I thought it was just the battery so I replaced it but still nothing changed. any suggestions? Thank you! :)

Have a look if your charger/adaptor is working 100% and is not turning off (use a multimeter for this after you have plugged the charger into your laptop) then take the charger plug out, and see if the adaptor is outputting 19.5V power (outside of the plug is the - and the inside is the +) as the adaptor has a shut off fuse if the laptop shorts it out, when you plug it into the laptop. If that happens then your laptop has a charging internal shortage in its circuitries or your new battery is the wrong battery or its faulty, as these copy cheap batteries are not like the oem batteries which are virtually impossible to buy and users are forced to buy the cheap Chinese batteries which are not of good quality, so check all this out first.

As what your problem sounds like, is that either your charger or battery is faulty, or your laptops has issues at the DC power port or in its primary circuitry stages like a shorted mosat like I've shown in the area of the mainboard below, or within its power/charging circuitry stages in the mainboard that are faulty and needs fixing by either Acer Tech Support or an experienced technician in your area.
