My acer aspire 3 A315-59-35C7 is not turning on regularly, the power on indication lights turn blue for few seconds then turns off. I am trying to press the power button and f2 sometimes it works but if I shutdown or close my laptop then its hard to turn on again.

Did you try to reset by inserting a pin in the pinhole at the back of your laptop till you feel it click for 10-15 seconds? As this is a new laptop, don't open the back, instead I suggest bringing it to the retailer or send it to Acer Services in your country.

    Troubleshooting Tips for Power-On Issues:
Before attempting any significant repairs, consider these troubleshooting tips to narrow down the issue:

    1. Check the Power Adapter: Ensure the power adapter is functioning correctly and securely connected to the laptop and power outlet.
    2. Perform a Hard Reset: Disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery, if possible. Then, press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds. Reconnect the battery and power adapter, and try turning on the laptop.
    3. Inspect the Power Button: Gently clean the power button area to remove any debris or obstruction that might prevent it from functioning properly.
    4. Allow the Laptop to Cool Down: If overheating is suspected, let the laptop cool down before attempting to turn it on again.

My A315-53-55Y1 doesn't power on at all. The only way it boots up is if I hold down the Ctrl button. If I hold it will start normally. If I let it go it shuts down immediately. I did a reinstall of windows and it worked for 3 weeks then went back to crashing. Hard drive is not showing errors on the scan.

Let me know if holding down the Ctrl button helps.
