ACER Aspire 5 Where in the blazes is my "FIXED" product??

I FedExed Acer my 6th ACER Aspire 5 for REPAIR.

You sent me an email when it was received, when it was about to be diagnosed, when it had been FIXED, and then again when it was being shipped via FedEx back to me. In the last email, which I received on 07/21/2023 11:53AM Central Standard Time, you guys stated it may take 24 hours for FedEx to generate a Tracking Number for my records.

Today is July 26th, 2023 at 8:32AM and I still haven't received my laptop or any email containing a tracking number.

WHY?

I DEMAND TO KNOW WHY.

    Sorry. You've posted to an Acer users forum. We're not Acer employees or customer service reps who can help you get a FedEx tracking number. Click this link. Enter your SerialNumberID (SNID) and use the text, chat or phone number provided to find out what's up with the tracking number.
