Open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the power buttons do' in left pane. Click 'change settings that are currently unavailable' near the top of the next pane. Scroll down and make sure fast startup box is UNchecked. Save settings. Shut down Windows normally. Turn machine back on and immediately start tapping the F2 key to enter BIOS menu.

Please post a phone photo of the first tab or page of the BIOS menu if possible.

Also, while in the BIOS menu, do both fans sound like their initially running at full speed, then back off a bit after a few moments?
