I've been experiencing this issue for a while now, in some cases, laptop is working fine and I can play games without any issues but recently experiencing lag and fps drops that it's no longer playable. When I unplug the battery charger, the laptop will automatically turn off. To open it, I have to press the power button for 10 seconds.

I've sent this for repair but the tech person told me that it's no longer repairable - (by the time I went to the warranty shop to repair this, my laptop is not opening up for some reason) and I need to buy a whole new laptop (this laptop is just a years old & unfortunately I've removed the warranty sticker)

Battery must be fully charged and plugged in BEFORE starting heavy gaming loads. This is because the battery must sometimes help the charger meet the game's power demand and is actually discharging even though plugged in. When battery charge level drops below about 50%, charging takes precedent over the game's power demand. Throttling starts. Time to stop playing and allow the battery to fully re-charge. Only then should gaming resume.

If you've allowed the battery to drain well below the 50% level while gaming to the point where the machine shuts off when unplugged, you may have already damaged the battery.

Replacing the battery then would be the solution?, I mean the laptop is still working but cannot game anymore due to the weird lag

Uninstall the two ACPI battery drivers in Device Manager (see picture), and reboot to BIOS with F2 (or Shift+Restart). Reset BIOS with F9 and save settings on exit. Boot to Windows and make a new Battery Report but open it with the Edge browser, right click on the report and select "Print to Microsoft PDF", don't change the PDF layout, just post it the way it has been saved.

Likely yes but not 100% guaranteed.

PDF file is corrupted, make a new one with the EDGE browser and right click in Edge "Print to Microsoft PDF", post that PDF.

The battery model is correct, is this still the original battery from 2021?

there are some weird spikes both in the designed and current charge history, 5 x the max. capacity (power surges) on May 15-22, July 17-24 and August 8-10 2023, did you have adapter/AC power issues or tried a USB charger maybe on a USB-C port on those days?
I recommend you try another power adapter and also a new battery. Alternatively consider bringing the laptop with the adapter to Acer Services in your country as these spikes are a bit alarming, could be a bad battery/Smart chip, could be a PSU issue.
