Hello, can anyone tell me if it is possible to put the motherboard from acer predator orion 3000 in the nzxt h9 flow case

    The Predator Orion 3000 has an ATX type mainboard, the NZXT H9 Flow case supports motherboard sizes of Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX and ATX size boards, so you can fit the POx-xxx board into it. it would help to know which exact mainboard of what Predator Orion 3000 you are talking about, as then we can give you a more exact answer, but with the info that you have given, the answer is yes.

    Note that the front ports on a PO3-6x0 designs won't be accessible from the new case, without some very creative cabling inside the case. The Predator Orion 3000 series pretty much all have the front ports soldered to that 'diving board' at the front of the motherboard, so don't have cables running between the motherboard and case as the more generic MBs have.
