Now I would just like to tape it together. However, most tapes will not adhere well to the touchscreen/bezel. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Typically when the hinges pull loose from the case the root cause is a mix of the inherent designs of thin and light laptops, which give very little 'meat' for the screws to adhere to, and users opening and closing too fast and off center to put more torque on the screws. The longer term solution once your warranty has expired, is to open it up and reinforce the screw mounts for the hinges with a good epoxy. That adds slightly to the weight, but allow you to be a bit less gentile with the laptop. Make sure you always open and close from the center and do it slowly enough to ease the pressure where the hinges mount to the case.
