Faulty charging on Swift 5 sf514-54t

Recently I noticed my PC wouldn't take a charge. I checked the barrel charging cable and wall outlet first, appeared normal. Then I tried the thunderbolt charging cable, nothing. I reset the battery and uninstalled the battery and AC drivers, nothing. I then removed the back and checked the battery and It's connection, then the AC and USB daughter board and it's connection, nothing. I then removed the battery complety and tried to turn the PC on with cable and thunderbolt power only, nothing. I cannot do a BIOS update or big driver update because those require a wall power source to restart(software blocked). I have 35% battery left and no other ideas. Thought anyone? I appreciate the help.

Try resetting CMOS and BIOS by disconnecting the battery cable from the motherboard, take the CMOS coin battery out of its capsule, shorten the +/- contacts inside the CMOS capsule with an opened paperclip or piece of electric wire, replace the battery with the + sign up and check the DDR4 module if it is seated properly in the slot, reseat DDR4 firmly. press the power button for a full minute (keyboard) and close the laptop. Try to boot with the adapter only, if that works connect the battery and try to boot, if booting is only possible with the adapter you need to replace the battery. If nothing boots, bring the laptop to Acer Services in your country for checking.

Inspect the inside of the DC Jack if the inside negative pins are making full contact with the adaptor/charger plug also and if you have a multimeter, check if the adaptor/charger is outputting 19V, and if you have the expertise then check if the laptop is receiving 19V at its primary power input which is inside and after the DC jack port, as that is the initial things that needs to be checked first with a power and a none charge of a battery in a laptop.

If those aspects of your laptop are ok then the problem is further down the power stages of your laptop that a technician needs to analyze and fix, as there are no bios resets that will magically make a faulty power stage work as its circuitries are either burned out or shorted and this needs expertise to fix and pinpoint and replace.

I've tried the CMOS step and there is no change. The PC will only boot on battery power which is at 33%. I can try to check the AC adapter with a multimeter but at this point the PC is not recognizing the AC adapter or thunderbolt type-c whatsoever. Thanks everyone help and answers. Hopefully there is a reasonable repair option available for a remote Canadian with no warranty.

The SF514-54T models look like they don't support charging via the USB-C/TBT port. Spec says DATA only on that port. I'm guessing your charger isn't working… It should provide 19V on that barrel connector with center positive.
